some words of advice... don't take what other people talk about, whom you dont even know, as a measure of how good a school is. what were you expecting them to talk about? geometry and the different kinds of plants?
youd be surprised what people talk about at other schools... i think those MSU people werent hiding the truth, like others do so well at.

It wasn't so much what they were talking about, but how they talked about it, the way they acted, and overall the way they conducted themselves.

I have become pretty decent at figuring out if people are somewhat intelligent or not so I know if I should avoid them or not (being the elitist I am). These people were not intelligent.

I'm not going to Pitt....but I AM going to another Big East school....just don't know which one yet.

I should've applied to Pitt. I got in at West Va, Florida St, NJIT, St. Peters. I was reject at Rutgers(officially hate the school now). I'm going to NJIT because of financial reasons. I really wanted to go West Virginia or FSU though.

I had three schools and I just dwindled down to which one would be more convenient and best for me.

Yeah....I have it down to Providence and UConn...which are both the same distance from my house, both have good secondary ed/english programs that I could go into. The only problem is they are complete opposite schools(big/Rural and Small/In a city) and I don't know which I'd rather have. Everyone has told me I can fit into both environments which sucks.

Big money difference probably between a Private school like PC and Uconn...I think PC has a better reputation for education and UConn for partying...Just from impressions of the schools.

Ah...I forgot to mention money.

I got 4k at UConn, and 10k at Providence so guess what? Providence costs a whole...couple hundred dollars more than UConn.

It sucks, lol. My sister goes to Providence, too, so that's both a pro and a con, 'cause we're close and are more like friends than brother and sister, so it'd be cool having her around, but would also be nice to go to UConn and completely start over.

I know I can't really go wrong with either school, as they're both good good schools that I could see myself at....it's just deciding which one I want to take the step with.
