Why do people insist on working out only in the summertime?

I workout the least in the summer...

I work out all fall and winter... once Spring and Summer comes between golf, softball, yardwork, camping, swimming... I don't feel like I miss a workout.

most kids or teens are out of school and can dedicate more time to actually doing 100% of what they plan.

                    Re: Summer Training Program

I'm definitely don't lift alot during the summer either. It's too nice out and I get plenty of exercise being outdoors.

The fall and winter though I'm a gym rat. Summers are too nice to spend a few hours a day in a gym though.

Im still a youngin man...I got school all year and baseball practice every single day. PLus it doesnt really get warm enough here until June so it seemed like a good time to deviate from my normal workout plan to this.
