How to throw a spiral pass?

I have a demonstration speech for English due Thrusday, I was just wondering what I should talk about? I'm suppose to show everyone how to throw a spiral pass, but it's gotta last 3 minutes. Any tips? Thanks

ramble, spend time on why it's important to throw a tight spiral. 3 minutes isn't that long at all if you don't rush and explain in detail.

explain how it is much easier for wr's to catch ball with spiral pass, how the ball gets there faster due to less air friction, etc. Just ramble for a few minutes, then say Dan Marino had the greatest spiral ever.

If you have to "demonstrate" this I would make sure you can actually throw a spiral.

Talk about Dan Marino throwing the prettiest ball, maybe have some pictures and stuff...I had to do my demo speech on how to throw a curveball and I just rambled stuff off the top of my head for 5 minutes...It will be easy...

              Just do research.

I gave a 15 minute speech in HS about how to shoot a basketball. You can stretch it out easily, just reiterate the seperate mechanics and stuff.

Well it's too late to change my subject now, but I think I can complete this. I'll tell you how it goes tomorrow, should be easier than what I'm thinking.

The speech went pretty good. I got 3:50 for time and got a 93% on it. I would have gotten a better grade, but I forgot about the visual aid(poster).
