    Working out

Since my summer vacation begins tommorrow, I'm going to try and get some more muscle and get stronger in time for the school year. FYI I dont have much equipment, all I have is 2 and 5 pound dumbells, stretchcords, and jumprope. As most of you know I'm a swimmer, this is to supplement my swimming and I plan to peak in late october/early november since this is when the High School State Championships are.

My swimming schedule is as follows:
Mondays 6-8 AM swim AND 4:30-5:30 PM weightroom
    Tuesdays 6-8 AM swim
Wednesdays 6-8 AM swim AND 4:30-5:30 PM weightroom
Thursdays OFF (only if ive made every swim & weightroom practice for the past week otherwise its 6-8 AM swim)
Fridays 6-8 AM swim AND 4:30-5:30 PM weightroom
    Saturdays 7:30-9:30 AM swim
    Sundays OFF

Im looking for a total body workout but mainly focusing on core and legs. Like focus on one area one day and one area another day. I would like to take advantage of Thursdays since Im not going to be swimming or in the weightroom.

I need to build endurance, strength, but be able to stay flexible so that I could still swim.

    If you need stats
Im 15 years old, 5 feet 6 inches and about 135 pounds.

    Anyone have any recommendations?

      That's all you need.
