If its an optical mouse, your cell phone is causing intereference, probably. Just move your cell phone a few feet from your mouse and it should stop.

My optical mouse does it all the time. It'll jump to the corners of the screen for no apparent reason. I hate it with a passion. Sometimes I feel like going back to the ball mouse.

Just clean your mouse. So long as its un-plugged you can just use hot, soapy water and that should do the trick. Remember to let it dry completely before you plug it back in though.
