How far of a drive to work?

How far do you guys drive to work each day? I work at P&C supermarket, but i have to drive 25 minutes to get there each day. I am thinking about quitting because of crappy pay($6.75) and it's a really long drive.

2 minute drive to the train station and 20 minutes on the train. My employer pays for my T pass, which is nice.

15 minutes. I refuse to work anywhere that's more than 20-25 minutes away. But luckily there are a TON of good jobs in my area. I would go crazy sitting in traffic for a few hours every day. I'd never see my kid before his bed time.

ive got it good. I work in the same city I live in. Takes about 3 minutes to get to work.

35 minutes in normal to light traffice (40+ if heavy). It's about 30 miles one way....60 round trip, but it's all highway driving and only time I'm sitting is when there's an accident.

I used to work 5 minutes from my house, but I resigned from that job because the money/opportunities at my current job were way to good to pass up.

Experts state that 45 minutes to 1 hour is an average commute for work. That seems reasonable. I know some in NY that travel 2 hours to get to work!

10-15 minutes for me depending on the traffic.

30 minutes in light traffic, 40 in normal, 50 in heavy.

It's not bad though. I love to drive and I love my iPod.

My dad has to go 2 hours each way to NYC, but he takes the bus so he doesn't really drive it.

30 minutes, going against traffic both ways, all highways. My lease is up in October and I'm gonna move about 15 minutes closer.
