    OS Podcast?

How come Operation Sports doens't have a podcast. If the dudes at Madden Nation could have one, why can't we. I'm not really sure how to do it, but I think it's pretty easy. Does anyone have any interest in doing this? It could be like a once a week thing, we can talk about sports news, video game news, operation sports news, and maybe answer some emails/phone calls. If we can get a good radio host to do it, i think we should try.

It'd be entertaining to discuss some popular threads in some of the categories as well.

          Reuben,

Majornelson and Gamespot are my two favorite game podcasts. They usually have much to talk about.

thats good to here. what do they talk about.

me, its all rosters and sliders. and that doesnt slide with 90% of the gamers, im sure of it. so a podcast based around strategy wouldnt seem to work

Why not, most OSers that post are into that... I think. I'm thinking the audience would be mainly OS members, not the general gaming public.

I think we're on to something. A podcast centered around the OS community would be a good idea instead of following suit with other podcasts that are centered around the public. It would inspire a stronger community and promote the site to outside listeners who don't read the forums.

TheTruth916 (?) has a podcast that's actually put very well together. I'm not at a convenient location to supply you the link (can't remember it off of the top of my head), but I love listening to it.

All I can tell you is please do not use the OS name in any podcasts without approval from Steve. Steve and his "inner circle" have a lot of things in the works for OS and, as paricular as Steve is, I can assure you he would not want anything out there with the OS name that he and his editor did not have control over.

An OS Podcast would be cool. Heck, my church puts the sermons on Podcasts.

Thetruth and his brother do an excellent job on their podcast here's the link

As for an OS Podcast I think that'd be a great idea especially if it's geared mainly to the OS community rather then the general public.
