I've heard that water is actually best if you're not actually a serious athlete so i'll stick to that.

Since Mountain Blast is the only Powerade flavor I have ever liked, and I have met very few Gatorade flavors that I don't absolutely love, the choice here is obvious. On any given day, I can pretty much down a 64 oz. Gatorade with ease.

gatorade, but i've started drinking just a lot of water lately, cutting out pop and whatnot...i'll do gatorade just because it's got more flavor than water

don't really like powerade as much, and All Sport was absolute s***, i mean a carbonated sports drink? that's like an oxymoron

I prefer water but as sports drinks go I'd take Gatorade.

Prefer water, but after I play some pick-up game with my pals, I'll drink a gatorade, but water while I'm playing, and at any other time.

I love Gatorade. Any flavor except the blue one, which made me throw up the only time I had it. I will always pick up an orange and lemon-lime on my way to play basketball and down a riptide rush at home.

Either or is fine with me, I drink both over water. I picked Gatorade just because they have more flavors.

As others have said, Gatorade because there are more flavors. Plus, they taste better IMO.
