I hate Tuesday's, here is my schedule.
7:45am - Wake up
8:30am - Leave for Springfield, I have a quarter tank of gas, no big deal
9:10am - WTF, gas light comes on and I am nowhere near a gas station and have major traffic to get through before I come to one
9:20am - Phew, traffic was light and I got there before running out. Only $41 to fill the tank. 10 years ago it would've been $15-20.
9:30am - Arrive to school, but the law school lot is closed because of some ceremony. So I parked half a mile away. I'll get my exercise today.
9:45am - Read Murphy v. IRS. Prof. Royal was right, they would spell tax "t-a-c-k-s"
10:25am - Post this
10:45-12pm - Criminal Procedure Investigation
12-1pm - Lunch, review class.
1-2:15pm - Securities Regulations
2:15-3:45pm - Income Tax 1
4-8pm - Dinner and homework
8-9:50pm - Trial Methods
10pm - Head home
11pm - Arrive home, take out rubbish and recycling
12am - Go to bed

This is an actual conversation by the way. The last 2 texts came while I was making this post. This is no girlfriend or even a friend with benefits(although I did attempt it) We just became good friends and now its to the point where she opened completely the F up. I gotta listen to her rants, beefs, dramas and gossip and I cant even slip a comment or two in. She's the type who starts off a subject and dips off into another subject in rapid fire succession. I get so lost I just start wandering. She's cool at times but she can boderline on annoying way to often. But she's freaking hot and I'm just waiting for my calling. You know, one of those desperation f***s.

As for Madden, its already written in stone that its getting traded in for NBA 2K. I told my bro that he better finish up his season by saturday.

Ahh I understand about the chick. I've been around a few of those types. I've become a pro at having those types of conversations without actually hearing **** they say. If you can tune her rants out and still get that piece at some point then it is well worth it.

Yeah I don't want to hoe the Madden Vets league out by trading the game and dropping out but this is damn rediculous. Money is tight and if I can save a little on 2k and drop this game I can't play then its a no-brainer

1) I developed a cough on Thursday, it was mild. It got progressively worse and worse, by Saturday it was persistant and annoying. I could not sleep for more than 2 hours at a time Sunday night and Monday night. Cough Syrup does nothing. I keep having hot and cold flashes.

2) Texas Longhorns lost to Ohio State, bad. So much for a repeat bid.

3) ND lost to Michigan State. Brady Quinn doesn't look like he can be an NFL-calibre QB, much less a Pro-bowler anymore

4) Steelers lost to the Jaguars in the most boring and low-scoring MNF game ever. Waste of 4 hours of my life.

5) Friggin Liverpool can't get their act together. 30 Million in transfers and 0 goals in the last 3 games. Which include a 0-3 drubbing by Everton in the Merseyside derby, a 0-0 draw with PSV in CL play (another 90 minutes I won't get back) and of course a 0-1 loss to Chelski.

6) There aren't any worthwhile PS2 games out right now, I took a pass on Madden and NCAA because they both sound like they suck. Bully doesn't come out til mid-October and NBA 2K7 until the 25th. I'm gameless until then.

7) The $715 (CDN) after taxes for the 60GB PS3 is looking more and more ridiculous every day. It's a game system not a computer. XBOX 360 would be an alternative, if it didn't overheat and have so many problems. Hence, both systems suck.

8) To top it all off FIFA 07 won't have the Dutch Eredivisie or Scottish Premier.

Essentially, life sucks.

Here's what's on my mind:

I'm sneezing quite frequently, I think I may have gotten a cold.

I am stuck at my moms house and only videogame I have left up here is NHL 2K4, and I really miss my 360 with NHL 07 and 2K7.

My roomate refuses to up the difficulty on madden, and txt messages me while I'm at work ALL the time saying how he won 114-6, or some other ridiculous score. I mean come on, just up it to all-pro or something.

I have a dinner date tonight, and like before i said, I have a cold. There goes my game. Guess I'll be picking up the check and not getting a kiss again.

- Got an interview tomorrow at Modells
- Turn 18 in a couple days(thursday the 21st to be exact)
- Accounting class is boring but I get to talk to this one girl the whole time so it isn't that bad
- Traffic sucks!!!!!!!!!!
- Can't wait for NBA 2K/Live next week.
