By the way, I've never been ripped off when asking someone to buy for me... lol. That's why you establish a good friendship first.

    Anyway.

Two more classes today - then off to Target to sort out the last minute details before I start working there. Can't wait to actually have an income, again.

Does anybody know where I can purchase a desk (either in a brick and mortar store or over the internet)?

I have tried Staples, Office Depot, craigslist, and Ebay, and just can't seem to find a match (craigslist people never follow up with me, it's atrocious).

I am really, really, REALLY desperate to get a new desk for my room, so anybody have any suggestions? I'd appreciate it a ton.

What about Wal*Mart or Target? I am out near UMass-Amherst and I know this stuff can easily be found there.

also, Mellow Yellow=best soft drink ever. I drink maybe 1 a day, but damn. That's one of the better parts of my day lol.

Finnally finished the Davinci Code book and finnally got around to watchin the movie. I totally understand why Ron Howard completely scrapped Dan Brown's ending and made a new one for the movie. The book's ending sucked.

I've gotten over my writers block and I've been writing tons of lyrics as of late. Pretty much the reason why I'm hardly on here at work. Got a friend in the industry who makes beats and he gave me about 2 dozen tracks. Time to drop some fire to those boys.

I hate hypocrites. This one chick at my job whome I've very cool with, we go out to lunch all the time, take square breaks, pretty much my office spouse. I was busy as hell at work last week and did'nt have time to kick it with her. I e-mailed her later that week telling her "my bad I haven't been hitting you up, I've been busy". She told me it was cool and that I did'nt have nothing to apologize for and that she did'nt think I was acting shadey towards her.

Well this chick over-analyzes everything so I knew she thought I was tryna ditch her that entire week. Now this week she's giving me the cold shoulder. That old '2 can play at this game' sh!t does'nt tide well with me so for all I care she can lick deeznuts. Plus she went out and got a new lunch buddy. Talk about childish games. Its cool though cause she annoyed me to no end anyway. She's one of those types who talks way to damn much without letting you squeeze a comment in. Plus she was'nt giving me the cooch anyway so it's like whatever. Lets not forget to add that she was ****-blocking my progress with other chicks as well. So if she's expecting me to sweat her, she's got another thing coming.

Is college supposed to be hard? So far, its very easy for me. Classes are a breeze, but the hardest part about being in college for me right now is the campus life. I was kind of a last minute decision, so I still have to sort things out as far as my meal plan goes, and as far as books go. The worst thing about college is that right now I'm having a hard time eating. My schedule isn't very flexible, my location is a little odd, and all of the university eateries close a little early.

I'm still waiting for a package in the mail from my mother. She sent some more video games to play, about 200 bucks and a couple of other things. Im extremely bored cause I cant use my roommates 360 (Im not entitled to any of the memory and I dont feel like buying a memory card cause they are too expensive) so after class and after I study, there's nothing to do. I'd rather sleep and dream that I'm doing something rather than being awake with nothing to do

I'm a little sad that no one's made a comment on my last blog post. I don't even care if someone left a comment saying i'm nuts. I'd just like to feel like it's reaching people out there.

Going to watch the 2nd half of the '79 ATL/SD game today since the weather is crappy like hell so I won't be trekking down to the mall to look for this DVD I want. My mother will do it for me. The cool thing about this game in my possession? It's got proto-Madden on it. Yes John Madden is the color guy with someone else and wow is he ever subdued.

Death of a Salesman was pretty good. I just love that play. I think it's one of the few works in english classes that I loved in HS outside of academic thinking. It's quite a deep and penetrating work of a guy who betrays his ideas of the American Dream. Another similar work but I don't know if it was put to film or a TV work like this was is All My Sons. Anywho Dustin Hoffman did a tremendous job of playing Willy Loman. His portrayal is slightly nerdish but for a character that's breaking down like Loman does I think it works. At times you forget you're watching Hoffman on the screen.

Great piece of work and it's a prime example of how TV movies didn't always use to be your typical female sob story.

Friday's my last day of work, then I'm back to school on the 22nd. I'm not really looking forward to it. There's a ton of work in my major, and like 3rdAnswer, I never find time to get a proper meal schedule in. I'm also gonna miss my HDTV at my house. Big time. I'm really gonna miss this job too.
