My throat is still sore. I hate sore throats. One of the worst nagging things ever.


And to follow in WTF's footsteps, I met a girl tonight and she might be my date to the next football game(the one after this one on Saturday). That game is October 7th. The bad thing is that's a long way off. The good thing is it gives me an opportunity to go on a real date with her before that game. Calling her Monday when her parents leave(its parents weekend here at UA...which is basically going to crowd the campus..hooray)



And on a side note, does anyone else here hate those "first phone calls" to a girl? For example you get her number and the next day call. Isn't that first phone conversation the worst? I hate them. After that though...smooth sailing.

Actually, normally I'm more smooth on my first phone call. With this girl, her sister (age 23) answered the phone and said "Damn, he's got the sexiest voice I've ever heard... just like I imagined..." :y4:

So now, I've got sisters who both like me really well. Could get interesting... who knows.

It's a lot easier than talking on the phone and you can tell what's up when talking to them in person. Aside from when I'm talking to my mother, I rarely if ever am on the phone for more than 2 or 3 minutes. If they don't want to hang out, it's not worth time talking to them. Then again, the girls always want to hange out because I'm something like a pimp.
