I have come to a revelation. It's on my Facebook, but I will copy and paste it here.

I'm going to run for the House of Representatives within my lifetime.

The thing is, the candidates that run for all political offices are always seeming to toe the party line. I'm sick of it, and the complete and utter disregardful treatment that the constituents receive. When I run, I will not run with any party affiliation. I will post my views on my website, but I do not thinnk it will matter.

However, I believe I have an idea to revolutionize the political system of the United States.

Instead of voting due to my beliefs, I will make straw polls on every vote in my district. Therefore, the people regain the power in which they are granted to in the Constitution. I want to be a tool of the people so they get their voice heard. Those attempts do not just stop after people are elected.

well...the way the system is set up is that people elect a representative and put their trust in that person to represent them. A straw poll on every issue you would have to vote on would be wildly inefficient and almost impossible to do effectively.

-He doesn't do shipments at all. My coworker and I worked until 10:30 (we close at 9, and leave at 9:30 usually) to finalize the shipment that came in.

-He didn't let my coworker work the register last night or answer the phone, so when we got GoW in, there was a huge ****ing line until Ryan (my coworker) decided to work the register.

-Ryan was giving an honest opinion of a game and Josh (the manager) got pissed at him because he thought Ryan was talking someone out of a preorder. He then said "Stay away from the honest truth when it involves preorders", which pissed me off.

-He had me doing alphabetizing on the walls for some stupid reason, I did most of it last week, and while I was doing that, I could have processed that ****ing shipment he left so I didn't have to stay later.

-He stays much later then he should, and then clocks out and adjusts his time to say he clocked out at the correct time. Wouldn't be a big deal if he wasn't doing transactions, because that makes it falsified transactions which is illegal in CA.

-He's insanely rude to customers and hassles them to preorder stuff, which is bogus IMO.

-He does nothing but work the register, he leaves shipments from like 12 pm until someone else comes in later in the day, he's basically in the store by himself for a long time in the morning until about 2 pm, he can ****ing do a shipment.

-He's a jackass.

That's all I can think of at the moment, Ryan wrote up a huge list and had me sign it with Rich (assistant manager) and we're showing it to the District Manager, and if Josh isn't fired I'm going to lose it.

The main problem that I see is that he asked you to lie. That should be grounds for termination IMO. I will not lie for anyone.

Tell him to go to hell.
