No.

When they call I usually do one of two things.

If it's dinner time (6pm-7pm)
1) Tell them I'm eatting dinner and ask for their phone number and tell them I'll call them back while their eatting dinner to answer their survey.

If it's not dinner time
2) Put the phone next to my PC speakers and play a Speech of Lenin, Stalin, Hitler or another dictator until they hang up.

I'm not wasting my time with a survey if I'm not being paid.

I think he's asking if you are employed as a person who conducts the survey. I was going to interview for it but for some reason I didn't.
