my post count isnt that BAD. i calculated it further and set out a 5 year date, so over the course of five years and 300 hours posting, its about 60 hours a year, or about 10 minutes of posting every day for 1825 days straight, on average. the stats are finally in my favor

on a five year average scale, youre looking at 416 hours per year. alittle over an hour a day. not bad.

Take total post count and divide by 60. That should get you your Total Hours.

Obviously from those numbers, OS is the only place a really post. I do lurk other forums quite a bit though. Probably 4 years ago I posted quite a bit at Gamefaqs, but they don't keep your post counts. I figure I had around 500 posts there.
