      So here is what I have or need to get:

      -I have Anavar creatine (I am almost out), replace with SuperPump 250 or NO-Explode.

      -I have Amino Acid pills (I dunno the brand, but they are brand new)

      -I am out of regular protein. What type of regular protein would you all rec?

      -I need to get the 100% Casein protein as well.

      So how do I do this? I take the Creatine pre-workout. I take the amino acid pills right after my workout, as well as a protein shake/drink, with the regular protein. Then, before bed I take the Casein protein?

          I agree! BSN stuff may a bit more expensive but it mixes better then anyother protein supplements I have ever taken.

            Amazing I'm on week three and I can see and feel the results. It kills me every time, and its hard to get going, but once you start its over pretty quick.

                Question for those who may know. What if I just do sit ups and pushups to aquire my desired look every day, bout twice a day. Will that help any at muscle gain? I'm skinny but with somewhat of a cut, solid frame, I just need some weight on my arms. I'm not down for taking supplements or whatever the hell you guys have been discussing in this thread. I just want some good ol fashion tone to my arms and stomach. Nothing where I look like I spent 3 months in prison.

                  It really won't help you a ton. Throwing in dips and pull ups will help though.

                      WTH is a dip? I think I got some weights down in my parents basement I can probably dust off, will spending time with those along with my normal push and sit up routine help slightly?

                        Running? Truthfully, I couldn't run 2 blocks without coming close to a heart attack. I smoke so I dont think the running part is gonna happen. Whats good about running anyway? Seriously I dont know.

                          You're skinny and have a 6 pack so shut it. The only way to get bigger arms is to lift weights. Push ups, dips, and pull ups can get you there but probably not as fast or as big. Not talking about prison big.

                            Dips are another bodyweight exercise. Find two parallel bars, support yourself w. the feet off the ground and then, drumroll, dip down and push yourself back up.

                              Seems easy enough. I just dont want to buy any equipment. Not that I'm cheap.....yea, I'm cheap. As for the 6 pack, its not like it makes me a sexy beast. I'm bout 155 with the frame off a stick figure. My arms look like pickup sticks.
