Eating b4 bed is a myth in that it makes you fat, however eating b4 bed can cause your sleep patterns to be bad. Which in turn makes you feel tired and lazy come morning.

My eating is somewhat similar, except for the chocolate. I used to love getting bunless burgers from Wendy's or Hardees' for lunch, but now I focus more on a salad with grilled chicken or tuna. I notice more definition this way, it seems.

Have you tried Glucorell? I love it on the weekends; allows me to act more of a fool diet-wise.

In everybodys opinion what is the best supplement out there?

I plan on using Creatine again, but this time with NO2. I haven't found anything better yet.

The best supplement is seriously one caffiene pill and a B-Complex vitamin. I aint even kiddin.

No-Explode is B-vitamins, Creatine, Caffiene, and NO2 all in one.

                  Never heard of that stuff.

                  The chocolate is something new. 4 squares = 210cal 18g/fat 5g/carbs 4g/protein

It's good if I'm hungry at night and want something sweet

Glucorell helps with your carb intake. It minimizes the effects of the carbs that you eat. It helps me with weekends on the anabolic diet when I wanna eat bread and ice cream and all other sorts of unmentionables. I don't get bloated with the carb load on the weekends. I think the website is anafit.com; or you could just google it.

Don't know about you guys but i found NO products to be a complete waste of money. I tried both No-xplode and Super pump 250 and honestly other than costing me a bit of money and a slight bump in energy i really didn't see what all the fuss was about.

With that being said i have friends who swear by the stuff and don't workout without it so it must work for some, just not for me.

I personally did not like NO but I did like super pump. I did feel a difference with SP...I used it before I pitched and got all crazy. No joke.

However due to some side effects of SP I quit taking it. Not trying to gross you out but it would mess with your stomach sometimes.

I took NO too and I didnt feel like I gained enough strength to warrant buying it again or reccommending it to anyone.

On a side note. I think my stomach finally got used to Muscle Milk and other protein shakes. After numerous dutch oven sessions with my girl my stomach finally feels normal.

How long did it take the rest of ya'll to adjust to protein shakes?

It goes back to what I have been saying, and this goes for supplements in general. If you are deficient in say B-Vitamins or Zinc, when you take supplements like NO-Xplode or even a Red Bull you feel good.

The people who arent deficient dont really feel anything. I look at supplements as somethings that bring you back to internal balance rather then something that makes whats there better.

Most of us are B-vitamin deficient, B-Vitamins help the body regulate food/energy levels. If you drink coffee or pop(anything caffienated) and dont take vitamins then chances are NO-Explode will work for you.

In all seriousness if you dont want to pay for No-Xplode go buy a B-Vitamin Complex, a Bottle of No-Dose, and a bottle of L-Arginine. You can get all 3 for like $20 bucks at Walgreens or CVS. And its probably higher quality then whats in the supplements.
