Re: What are you doing for New Years?
Will stay home and order a pizza like I do every year. Have a bunch of Ring of Honor wrestling videos to watch. At midnight me and my dad (my only family) will do our yearly tradition of eating 12 grapes for good luck for each of the months of the new year.Comment

I have no idea what I'm doing yet, I'll be in a different city that night with not very many people I know...could be interesting.Owner, Spear Interactive

Re: What are you doing for New Years?
I'll spend it with my wife and three children, just like any other Sunday night.
New Year's Eve is the most overrated night of the year, with ease. It's the night that everyone who doesn't party tries to party, and the results are embarrassing to those like me who have more than a few party notches under our belts through the years.
Amateur Night.
Plus, the calendar is moving to a new digit. So what? What's the big deal? Not that you need a reason to party, but that's one of the most lame ones.
Take care,

We got gramps over here.
If its cause for celebration, goddammit I'm celebrating. Rolling over a new years is big business for some. Its like an accomplishment of sorts. You made it through an entire year. Had ups and downs and it can be a turning point to reflect on your negatives and turn em into positives....after the hangover of course.
As for me, I'm going to a hotel party. Word is that there are only 6 guys participating and the rest females. But I've been through that situation one to many times, it'll more than likely turn into a hard-leg fest once word spreads.http://neverfollow.biz (Independent Music Group)Comment

Re: What are you doing for New Years?
I don't deal Amateur Night. Too many dumb people doing dumb things. I'll stay in with the wife and watch the ball drop...... we might watch that one in Time Square too.

Re: What are you doing for New Years?
Probably watch movies with the lady and then watch the ball drop.
I used to go out to the bars in Pittsburgh and pay ridiculous cover charges and blow a few hundred on alcohol that night, but I guess I'm getting old now....either that or I've just grown up.
I think it's a fun thing to do as a teenager or young 20's, but after that, not so much.Comment

Re: What are you doing for New Years?
I don't see the big deal over New Year's either other than an excuse for many to get hammered. I never even bother with resolutions but I'm perfect anyway.
Will probably stay home with my wife and son, barbeque some steaks and watch a movie. We might go out for dinner but nothing overly special.Comment
