Re: Do you Make your Bed everyday?
Not really, since I sleep on top of my bed and its blanket with one large quilt that is older than I am (18). The beds do get messed up though and I make them up whenever I do a full room cleaning to gain some semblance of order.Comment

Re: Do you Make your Bed everyday?
have not made the bed up everyday since I lived in the dorms in college and that was because I had a roommate."Never trust a big butt and a smile."-Ricky Bell

Re: Do you Make your Bed everyday?
I've probably made my bed no more than 5 times in my life.Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment

Nope, I can't remember the last time I made a bed.
However, my wife makes the bed every morning.Comment

Re: Do you Make your Bed everyday?
Takes me about 1 second to make my bed everyday. I just pull the covers up to the pillows and then spread a blanket on top and it looks nice.
So I do it everyday.
Plus I'm always using my bed as a place to put books or clothes or my keys and stuff on for a minute or whatever, and if my bed wasn't made I would lose stuff or it wouldnt sit flat, etcComment

Re: Do you Make your Bed everyday?
I'm married - but my wife certainly has never made me make the bed. Hell, she never makes the bed either. Neither of us really care...
It used to be a pain to make, though. However, we recently got a duvet and really nice sheets - and now it's really easy to make in the morning, I just pull it up and it just kind of fits into place. So I make it whenever I get up; but I never used to.
As for making the bed being useless or pointless - it's not at all. It's far more comfortable getting into a well made bed, then one with sheets all messed up, having to grab at them and find the right ones. It's nice to just jump in bed and have everything all neat - makes it more comfortable.Last edited by MC Fatigue; 01-12-2007, 11:32 AM.Comment
