    Workout Music

Yep one of these... I'm sick of the same ol stuff when I work out.

What are some good songs you listen to? (anything but country, but i dont think its possible to work out to that.)

Right now, I have a song from Alter Bridge, some rap, a few metallica songs, saliva, godsmack.

    Re: Workout Music

I work out to anything... Even some good old R&B... I listen to some good ol skool salsa I have downloaded, and strangely, I come home wanting to mount the wife in the worst way. That's just during lifting... The cardio machines at my gym have TVs attached to them, so I usually wind up watching whatever game is on that night, or SportsCenter.

I need to listen to either screamo or radio rap.

I only listen to rap (with a little R&B mixed in). But something like pregame, pump-up music is always what I've preferred to listen to when I'm lifting. Right now, I'm stuck on listening to Tech N9ne, with some Brotha Lynch Hung and Royce Da 5-9.

Usually it's a mixture between Air Supply and ABBA.
If its a day I'm trying to max out, then I typically will go with Manilow's older stuff.

              Okay.

90% of the time it's KISS. Their catalog is so vast, I never have to listen to the same thing in the same month.

                    Re: Workout Music

A couple of tunes I just put on my MP3 player that I've enjoyed are:
"Big Booty Hoes" by B.I.G. and Too Short
                    "The Reason" by Oleander
and nothing beats "Tough Enough" by the Fabulous Thunderbirds. Great pump up tune. "Thunderstruck" comes close though.
Another tune I have on there that gives me a lift is "Domino" by Kiss.

EDIT: Remembered one more "Keep it Up" by Snap (on the Rocky V album). And pretty much any of the Rocky music is great.
