Started going to the Gym.....
again, now that I got my weight under control and I'm what I like five year ago, I'm feeling great and I'm looking like my pimp self again. I'm at 218lbs and I hitting the gym hard trying to gain a bit more mass, now that I'm at the weight that I wanna be, I'm going to the gym everyday, and feeling great again, I'm also single again and just doing all this for me, My girl that I was with for the last 8 mothns split up with me and now I'm just doing me, and taking care of my daughter, My daughters mother wants to be back with me, but I don't have those feelings anymore...Anyway...N.Y Mets

Does doing an intense leg workout twice a week give your body enough time to recover between those workouts? I was wondering about doing this myself for a while, but I wasn't sure if it was that much more helpful over doing them once a week.

i now know why some guys at the gym always wear sweats. because they have huge upper bodies and legs like chickens.
but if you used to do your legs a lot and their still in good shape, then that's fine.
i just have something against peeps at the gym who don't look proportion because they never do their legs...

I just signed up for a gym too. I regret not doing it sooner. I just started a week ago so I dont see much noticable difference, but ive got the motivation to stick with it.Comment

Do you guys take any supplements? I've been using EAS Phosphagen Elite (creatine; the stuff Shannon Sharpe used to endorse). Have been using it for the past few years; finds that it helps with muscle fatigueHBO's "The Wire" should rank as one of the top 10 shows EVER on tv - period
