You know, East Coast stuff bumps, too.
That stuff from below the Mason Dixon line is too easy.

Full albums that have too much stuff to list:
Anything from Mobb Deep. Word of advice - "Spread Love" off of Murda Muzik.

Nas' "Illmatic" is full of trunk rattlers.

Old School LL Cool J. Anything from the 80s bangs hard.

Blackmoon - Buck 'Em Down Remix; Annihilation
Gangstarr - Speak Ya Clout; The Militia; Mass Appeal
Kool G. Rap - Trilogy of Terror
Braveharts & Nas - Oochie Wally
            Buju Banton - Champion Remix
Camron - Get Ya Gun; Killa Cam: Three Kings (might be harder to find)
Capone-n-Noreaga - Bang Bang; Almost anything off the "War Report"
Cassidy - AM 2 the PM
            Fat Joe - The Crack Attack; My Lifestyle; Clap & Revolve;
            The Frim - Phone Tap
            Freeway - What We Do
            The Fugees - Fu-Ge-La
Ghostface - RAGU; The Grain; Ghostdeini
Jadakiss - Why; We Gon Make It
Jim Joes - End of the Road
JR Writer - Back Wit It; Riot Pump; Grill 'Em Remix
Juelz Santana - SANTANA; Monster Music
            KRS-1 - Outta Here
            Little Brother - For You
            Lloyd Banks - Work Magic
Lost Boyz - Renee; Lex Coups, Beemaz, & the Benz
The LOX - The Essence; **** You
Mad Lion - Shoot to Kill
Noreaga - Easta Loca; Banned from TV
            OC - Time's Up
            Onyx - Last Dayz; Slam
Run DMC - Down with the King
            Saigon - Come Again

Of course, I'm 28 and have a complete NYC bias.

That's a good list there jiggidy! I'm 27 so, like you, I came up during the time before the south really got on in hip hop save for a few acts like Outkast. Good stuff!!

I'm 28 as well, but the South has always been in on Hip Hop, since I'm from the south. But we didn't discriminate, we listened (and listen) to everyone if they had a nice beat, East, West, whatever...

I'm 25 and have subs and tinted windows, does that make me a high-schooler?
