I have four finals this week. Math, English, History, and Biology. Even if I get a 100 on my Math and History finals, I don't think I can pass the class(s).
However, my English professor nominated me to be a tutor for English students. No way I'd ever accept that opportunity. Sounds lame.Comment

i hate myself. i tend to have to focus on my hardest topics, neglecting other courses where I feel ill do alright. im just not smart enough or well equipped to handle them all. but i hate quitting. i guess my transcript at the end of my time will show alot of F's. but i guess thats life. i feel like i can break through down the stretch and do well but i always fail. i hate taking the easy way out. ultimately i guess itll look like im a failure
anyone else the same way?
i would almost rather go through the class even though id be failing to gain the experience in order to succeed later on when i retake it.
i hope companies dont look too down on the few Fs they see.Comment

At my alma mater if we retook a class they simply averaged the grades for our transcript. When you say average, do you mean add up the two scores you get and then take the median of them? If so even an F and then an A, would only result in a C.
I heard at some schools they just use whatever grade was your highest. I'm not sure what they do at my college, but I know I have to retake math and history next semester(or summer.)Comment
