Err anytime I go to someones page and look at it or try to post a comment, when I come back to my home page I get this on my homepage

but, I changed my password twice and each time, it does the same thing. Thing is, if I refresh my page, it doesn't say it anymore, that's until I vist someone else's page. Also, I can make comments etc..
