So I wait a week and nothing. I wait another week and still nothing. During this time I send them 2 emails asking them what's going on with my order. No response.
I sent another one on Monday asking what the crap is going on. Still no response. So I do a little looking around and I find a website where you can rate sellers. I look up The Giant Store and low-and-behold, I see that they have a 6.3/10 approval rating. What's the biggest complaint? Horrible customer service with little to no communication.
In each case, a rep from The Giant Store would go on saying that the customer didn't recieve any response because they must have had SPAM filters turned on that blocked their emails.
In the end, this is exactly the response I got from them. They claimed I incorrectly filled out my order form and that there were 'security' issues. And they also couldn't contact me through email (despite using 2 different email accounts I specified).
I responded that it was very convenient how I suddenly had 'security' issues despite the fact that I've ordered crap loads of stuff online before and that it was also interesting how they ask for a phone number but never bothered to call it.
I eventually ordered the Fliptop from ConsoleSource and I've already received confirmation that it's on it's way.
Long story short, be very weary when dealing with these clowns. You may or may not get your stuff. I've also heard that they like to molest kittens and kick old people.
