What does your username mean? (important for essay topic)

Hey guys... I'm sure there's a thread already on this, and if there is, that would be great if you could point me to that direction.

But basically, I'm writing an essay where I have to use an article supplied by my professor as a model on writing a rhetorical analysis of a specific online text of my choice (which will be a message board), and my paper should offer a specific, substantial main claim that presents an analytical interpretation of the text the rhetoric used.

In the piece that I'm referring to, the author specifically focuses on account names for a good portion, and what they resemble in the actual person behind their computer screen or how they portray themselves, etc. If you guys could just give reasoning to it and perhaps some short background on how it relates to your personality, that would be awesome.

If anything else, this can be just for why you guys have chosen what you have.

Overtime, the name lost that meaning and I have been referred to something more ominous!!!

I chose this name because no one else had it and I needed a name to post with... That's it. It means nothing.

MassNole is a play off of M*******, the common term used for Massachusetts residents. I am from Massachusetts and am a Florida State Seminoles fan, so M******* + Seminoles = MassNole.

my name (joshua r) + my date of birth

this has been my yahoo login since the year yahoo started their service. joshua was already taken (surprise), so it suggested joshuar9476. i'm not sure why i left the "r" on there., but that's been my login at yahoo for about 13 years. i basically use it anywhere i have to have a login name.

Double Eights basically just means 88. The number I wore when I played soccer and football. It is also the number of my favorite NFL player, Marvin Harrison.

During a night of heavy partying, my late friend Dante starting calling me Jiggidy James. He said it was becuase I had my own style; it wasn't jiggy, it was jiggidy. It caught on and everyone from my neighborhood calls me it.
