Since February, I've lost 5 inches from my waist and 3 inches from my spare tire. My cholesterol is down 50 points It was 223 and is now 173. My glucose level has gone down from being pre-diabetic at 131 to 110 (number is after fasting overnight) which is pretty much normal at this point (should be 100 ideally).
And finally, I have cut my blood pressure medicine in half, from 40 mg of Lisinopril a day to 20 mg.
I currently weight 259 pounds, down from 300 and my ultimate goal is 210 to 220 pounds (I'm 6 foot tall). Also, my weight lifting in just about every facet has double in terms of the weight I can lift from when I started lifting in February.
