    Ive lost alot of weight recently...

    and I dont think its normal.

    Today makes 3 weeks Ive been on a self-made diet and Ive lost 15lbs--in THREE weeks.

    Anyone find this a little weird? I do mainly because I felt really sick in April-ish and I hope this has nothing to do with that. I have been doing a lot of exercise, so hopefully its the workouts and not an illness

    Have you gone to your doctor? I would make an appointment to just get yourself checked out to be on the safe side.

      ya, this week

      maybe im reading too much into it... i run about 2 hrs a day and have been eating pretty well.. plus sports... i dono, we'll see

      maybe ive just come up with a great diet... thats it, im writing a book!

        Running for 2 hours a day is a quick way to lose weight, that's probably why you've lost so much.

          If your running 2 hours a day and eating well throughout the day, then dropping that kind of weight is possible especially if you were heavy before.

            I was at 212, now at 197. Im only 5'10'' tho.

            I go away to university at around 185, and return in the 210-215 range, every year for the last 4 years.

            But Im going on vacation in three weeks so Ive been doing some crazy cardio. Ive always eaten the following everyday.

            Morning: any cereal (usually life)

            Lunch: toasted sandwich--two slices of bread and mortadella with miracle whip (its not a sandwich without miracle whip lol)

            Dinner: greens with one porkchop or chicken breast

            I also run like crazy, do the escarpment stairs (over 300 steps), and the key, i eat watermelon ALL day. If Im hungry, watermelon. Its so full of water that you eat alittle and think you had a meal. Its great

              Just make sure you're eating enough and drink A LOT of water.

                    It's normal. You lose quickly at the start of a diet, but your body adjusts and it gets harder to drop pounds eventually. Stick with what your doing but you have to make it a way of life or you will put it back on just as quick.

                      lol.. well, i used to eat three slices.. but i prefer real bread (sliced doesnt do it).. but, i eat less if its sliced so Im gonna live with it
