Call the airline, be polite and ask for a supervisor. Also if all else fails, tell them you would like to donate the ticket to charity and at least you will get a nice tax write-off.

Re: Flight Advice
Thanks for the replies guys. Like I said, Im not sure its over just yet. We just fight ALOT and its always the same damn fight. So Im preparing myself for the worst, thats all.
The problem is essentially her family. They are straigh up italian, meaning the parents dont help her with ANYTHING. ACtually, my parents paid for her flight (first trip ANYWHERE), her first ever leather jacket (come on, how did her parents never buy her one, even as a kid), first camera, some school stuff, some clothing, etc.
Its funny cuz her parents have a 2500 sq ft house, its huge, yet he cant afford to help her out? She works like crazy, even during the school year--has 3 jobs, plus school--so since we met in the same major, we take alot of the same classes and it burdens me cuz i try helping as much as possible. In her life, her parents havent even bought her a christmas present--only myself and my family does.
After allllll that, we're talking about the future and she wants holidays, and our future kids and stuff to split our parents 50-50... NO WAY! Sure, my kids can see them and what not, but no way in hell it'll be 50-50. Its my parents who have helped us (hmm.. its basically 100-0 in help in 4 yrs) yet in the future its gonna be split evenly? Ya, good luck with that.
