But my cat has a pink nose but today it seems to be white. Does this mean that its sick or is it just a natural thing for a cats nose to change color?

I believe it is natural. Blood flow is probably the reason for your cat to have its nose change color. A bright, pink nose would represent your cat being warm/hot. A lighter color nose would represent your cat being cool/cold. Also emotion I believe can have a factor. Calm=light where Excited=bright

I'm pretty sure of this.

I think it also would depend on the pigment color of the rest of your cat's skin. As a side note, its been said before, one should probably not rely on OS for medical advice, same is probably true for your animals health. I'd try googling it and seeing what you find.
