Its not the shots that you need to be afraid of...they take your blood like 30 times a day during the trial.

Oh yeah, there's the whole thing where you could die from bird flu, too.

Nope. Not even a thoguht or factor. I'd just rather get a real job and all. It could definitely help improve the knowledge about the bird flu, but I'd rather not be a casualty of that search.......

I'm not scared of needles at all but the only way I would consider testing a medicine is if I was guaranteed that I wouldn't be killed.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Well, they don't give you bird flu, they just test the medicine. My friend did one where he tested an aids medicine and he didn't end up with aids so there ya go.

Of course they give you bird flu. That's the definition of a vaccine.

Yeah, this is a vaccine, not a medicine...meaning they would, infact, give you the bird flu.

I don't think, even the most ambitious of doctors, would give someone AIDS, even a very small strain they don't think would do anything.

On that note...hell no. Even thought the one test would make me more money than I have earned in 5 weeks of work this summer...but still.

I, on the other hand, most definitely would. Especially the ladies.
