Question on food nutrition values (Daughters project).

My daughter has this project she has to do and I'm not helping very good heh.

Someone, anyone here on OS know of a web site where you can type in your average breakfast, lunch, and dinner and see the nutritional stats for them?

IE: Protein, vitamins, blah blah blah.

I cant seem to come up with anything.

Better yet, can some of you healthy eaters like AA break this down for me?

    Breakfast:

two egg whites, 1 slice of chopped up ham, glass of milk, 1 slice of toast.

    Lunch:

Chicken salad w/ Italian dressing, 1 mango, bottle of water.

    Dinner:

Chicken w/ Cappelletti pasta, salad, steamed veggies.

I would appreciate it tremendously if some fitness guru here on OS can help me and my daughter out and gimme the breakdown of these three meals.

I guess I need all the nutritional values of each meal.

Again, thank you for reading this and thank you if you can help me out.
