    Returning a game....

Hey guys my copy of MLB 2k7 pretty much has died on me aka it won't play on my 360, I guess after numerous scratches on it (from the 360 itself and leaving it in my 360 and my sister taking it out and putting dvd's in it) now if I bring the game with me to ebgames will they give me a new copy of the game for free or will I have to pay full price/discounted price?
18-1 hell of a season regardless

More then likely, even if you had a receipt if the game has a bunch of scratches on it they are not going to exchange it for you.

Sadly I figured that but would they make me pay full price for a new copy of the game? I think in the past and got a discount with a game but im not 100% sure...

I don't ever remember anything like this...you could try selling it to them used and then going to another Gamestop and buying a used copy maybe, but you're really SOL and probably have to pay full price

if you have a receipt and it's within the return policy dates they have to give you a new copy... I'm imagining that it's past the return policy date though. Otherwise you could go through the hassle of buying a new copy, returning the scratched one with the new receipt and then doing what you like with one of the two brand new games you own.

Returning games to EB is a joke...if they make you take store credit, don't expect much. I returned NBA 2k7 for 360 like two months ago, paid 63 dollars for it, got 7 dollars back. It's ridiculous. I'd try to resurface it before even thinking of stepping foot into EB.
