"Like last night I drank like, 75 thousand beers!!!!"

This is annoying as hell. You have to nip this in the bud, and you have two options:

    1) Totally outclass his story. Hard drugs, strippers, call girls, the Atlanta Marriott, fire arms, a known street gang, just pick a few. Even if you don't have anything recent or true, as long as you don't smile, he'll believe you.

    2) His female companion. She'll like you because you're old and probably cute.

If it's a female, she'll probably drop out or stop coming to class after a week or two.

Calc II sucks. You say you want to be an engineer now, but there's so many more fun things to do.

EDIT: I have a long year ahead of me. Have to make up for the laziness the first year. Got to step up and get some good grades, and take a lot of classes. I took the minimum, so only have 24 credits. Haev 15 this semester, definitely taking 15 in the spring, if not 18. Then some summer courses. Anyone know how many credits it takes to get your Associates?
                associates is normally 60.

                are you taking business?

I'm going to try and be a computer programmer. My major is computer science, and I took Calc I in high school. So Calc II seemed like the next logic step.

LOL at the college kids...especially those griping about their schedules. My *** ran with 16 credits minimum a semester for my engineering degree (which mandated 134 hours to get my Bachelor's).

Enjoy the grind, boys (and girls). Be sure to budget time for the Madden and NCAA leagues!

Man, I used to hate having 8:30 classes in college. Now I'd kill to start that late, LOL

I start next Monday. Looking forward to going back but not to thrilled with all the studying I'm going to need to do with the courses I have. Calc II, Macro-Economics, Engineering Design, Physics 212 (Electricity and Magnetism), and a Chem Lab.

Well I'm going back to college for the first time in 5 years. I dropped out and went into sales jobs for the last 5 years. Though I have made a lot of money I decided that I can't be in sales forever, so I decided to go back with a fresh start and go for a marketing degree. It's not too late for a 25 year old right?

Of course not. Last year for whatever reason I had alot of older people(from 28-40) in my classes.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

yep, I know what that's like, I even overloaded with 21 credits a few times. I graduated in may, but wound up working for a college. It's nice seeing all the new girls move in to the neighborhood.
