Welcome.Wow...this is a busy place!
First timer here....drawn here by NFL 2K5 on Xbox. I'm a two-time owner for that game (release, and just bought it again for 2 bucks at GS past weekend and am REALLY getting into it again). I just ordered an Action Replay so I can go roster-fetching and start up a 'chise.
I'm from Seattle, and am a lifelong Seahawks fan. I even got to tour the Kingdome just after it's completion with my grandparents LOL. Long time agoooo. So yeah, I've had to sweat out years of frustration and disappointment. I'm used to it, so the recent years of success have been wonderful!
Great to be here and can't wait to get started, looking around at all the boards. Look forward to some good conversation with youse guys (and gals, if any present).

Why don't you go on to the college and pro football boards and the pro basketball board and create topics and voice your opinions on the following:
1. Is the SEC better than the PAC 10?
2. Mike Vick
3. Kobe Bryant

That's the thing about the Seahawks. Over their whole history, they were never boring to watch, even when losing. Even the 'Ground Chuck' Knox years were entertaining. Very dedicated fans in Seattle, especially the Old Guard like me. The Kingdome was sold out more often than not on Sundays for a long time until fan attrition sort of set in during the Behring years (Dark Ages).GO 'HAWKS!

I'm 40, so I don't usually roll with "this game is teh suxxors, beeotch!!!". Though it's occasionally amusing to read posts by the grammatically infertile, overcaffeinated types who only want to cause trouble, then defend their positions when challenged with one or two word responses (you can guess). So far, I haven't noticed that around here...higher quality of people here than other places!
