We're falling apart. Just 10 miles away from my house, a major train derailment as well. -

Hopefully none of the people who got shot die. I don't understand why people do this stuff.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Re: Success Tech Shooting in Downtown Cleveland
Anyone else tired of seeing the killer in these cases die from suicide? Just seems so cowardly to me. Just once, it would be nice to actually see these people brought to justice for their actions instead of "taking the easy way out."
I'm not trying to come of sick and twisted and say that I want to see this kid punished and tortured, but just to know the guy is brought to justice seems fitting and fair as well as it might help the families get some sense of revenge (I hate to use the word revenge, but you know what I mean).Comment

Student Doneisha LeVert, who hid in a closet with two other students after she heard a "Code Blue" alert over the loudspeaker, said the shooter had threatened students Friday.
"He's crazy. He threatened to blow up our school. He threatened to stab everybody," she said.
Ronnell Jackson, 15, said he saw a shooter running down a school hallway.Helen: Everyone's special, Dash.

Re: Success Tech Shooting in Downtown Cleveland
I'm so sick and tired of the early warning signs being ignored in cases like this one and the one at Virginia Tech. Whether it's because it's not PC to call attention to the fact that someone's acting differently or whether people just don't take the threat seriously, it needs to stop. I hope everyone reading this would report any kind of threat or alarming behavior to officials the moment it happens so we can prevent events like these in the future.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. I know arguing with you is a futile exercise, but give this a read.

Re: Success Tech Shooting in Downtown Cleveland
Which is why I said that someone either didn't do their job or the kids never said anything about the threats. My point was that political correctness has nothing to do with this shooting. It makes no sense to bring up political correctness in this case since the mere mention of a gun in a high school will usually end with the person at least getting sent to the principal and having an in school suspension. What are you basing this political correctness thing off of? Have you been to a high school recently and read the school handbook? I guarantee you that most if not all will have a section on threats and punishments that can be received from threatening people.Last edited by jmood88; 10-10-2007, 05:45 PM.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters.
