For the most part, I see people just wearing glasses at home(or by other peoples houses) and stuff, but as soon as they go out in public like to a mall, or out to dinner or something, then suddenly they wear contacts.

I wear my contacts even when I'm home alone and won't be around anyone all day. I like having the full field of view, and glasses give me a headache after a few hours. Plus I have a wonky nose and I always have to keep adjusting the glasses and sliding them back up towards my face.

You could be talking to someone online, and mid conversation they just randomly stop answering, and move onto something completely diff. At least finish a conversation for once! Here I thought email,texts,online messages makes conversations easier,but it's harder to keep peoples attentions virtually than it is in real life.

I'm not talking specifically like a GF or wife or anything like that, just women in general lol. Can be family,friends or anything, it's all the same.

It's kind of funny though. When actually talking to people, seems like guys have shorter attention spans. But when messaging people on email,text and stuff, its females. At least based off the people I know.

I wore contacts and reading glasses at the same time. My job in the post office, however, created a lot of dust that irritated my eyes. I'm now wearing bifocal glasses (invisible line). Getting older sucks. Slight stigmatism also sucks.

If you're watching something with someone and they always have to look over at you when something they find funny happens.

Also when someone has to quote a line right after it's said.

But what if those are really the main ways of communicating with some people cause they live too far away to actually have a regular conversation without having to pay all these long distance charges and stuff/are in a diff time zone? Email,text,social media and stuff I'd think is better in this situation since it's free/you can just leave a message when you want and all
