Some random things........

1. People who merge over into your lane 2ft in front of your car, then go slower then what the legal speed limit is.

2. People who think I am dominican and then TRY to speak spanish to me.

3. Americans who only speak english, YELLING at a person who speaks another language. As though yelling going to make a non english speaking person all of a sudden understand it because you yelling it.

4. People who go out of their way to prove they aren't racist.

5. People who try too hard to fit in.

6. People who bring up old crap that happened back in the 1980s or 1990s and talk about it like it happened last week. I feel sad for those people that the highlight of their life was something that happened decades ago.

Not huge, but I hate that I have to refer the first installment of a movie/game franchise with sequels with a "1" appended at the end. For example:

Me: Do you want to watch Saw?
Other person: Which one?
Me: Umm... the first one? Hence why I said "Saw" and not "Saw 2" or "Saw 5" or any one with a number.


Or if it goes the other way:

Other person: Hey man, want to watch Saw?
Me: Sure.
(other person takes out Saw IV)
Me: Umm... I thought you said we were watching Saw.
Other person: Yeah, we are. I mean, not Saw 1 but...


Yeah, kind of strange but peeving.

When you're behind someone and they go to turn into a restaurant or gas station or something and they slow down to about 1/2 mph and navigate the turn as if the whole car will tip over if they go over 1mph. I don't follow people close or anything but I've nearly rear ended so many cars because of idiots that do this.

I just want to scream "Hey buddy, guess what, you can actually go around a curve without slowing down to nearly a stop, did you know that??????"

This happens to me all the time. I always yell out 'Your driving a car not a ship, turn FASTER!"

I also hate it when at a red light and the light turns green, it takes people 2 miles to get up to the speed limit. I mean push the gas pedal already... If I am the front car at the light, when it turns green, within 10 seconds I am a quarter mile ahead of the next car and I don't accelerate faster then 3000 RPMs.

This drives me crazy. Also when you're a few cars back and the light turns green, yet it takes 15 seconds before you start moving because people hesitiate and move so slow when the light turns green.

Another one about drivers I hate is when a car will squeal out of McDonald's or somewhere onto the main drag and then drive about 15 mph. Why did you zoom out in the first place if your going to drive like a snail?

Here's one that really bothers me. Casual hockey fans who think the sport involves no strategy and that firing 50 shots on goal guarantees you will score a lot.

That's a good one. It's not the amount of shots, it's the quality of your scoring chances. If you fire 50 shots from the blue line with no screen, chances are that the goalie (a good goalie) will stop just about all of them.
