Someone mentioned alcohol in checkout lanes... Not sure if this all Targets, but the one near me doesn't allow you to checkout with Alcohol in the self line. No signs anywhere so you have no idea until you've scanned 20 items and it screams at you once you scan the beer.

Kroger is the mistake store for me, but that's more of a claustrophobic feeling because they're trying to cram a superstore into a regular size building. I just feel like I need to be on edge while I pace through the store for my small list of items to stockpile for 3-6 months. Choosing a lane is a test of anxiety and I always feel like whichever one I choose will be incorrect.

I hate those "back to reality" moments. The thought in your head after fun things,like a holiday, have now passed,and now just regular life resumes. Nothing wrong with regular life, just obviously like holiday life better.
Something branching off that, times like holidays make me hate how i never really have relationship/connection with friends as i do with family(not just direct,but even things like cousins). Relationships/bonds built up over a lifetime obviously hard to compare to friends you dont know as long, but just something about family for me, i think for most part,I'll always rank above friends. Probably cause its easier just opening up,being myself in casual environment, over friends where type of relationship is much diff. A store is a store. it is funny 20 years ago Target use to get the same stigma that Walmart and Kmart have now. But then Target reinvented themselves and now they are a "cool" store to shop at I guess. But at the end of the day, a store is a store.Comment
