A bag of grapes and a diet coke? Clearly these are the tell tale signs of a hardened criminal.

Out of curiosity, what was the actual price discrepancy? How much did you think you overpaid?

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

I finally was able to go over to CS and I pulled a duh moment out of the hat. The grapes were priced at 1.88/pound. I thought I saw 2.22/pound on the sale tape. The people at CS pointed out that the 2.22 that I saw was the actual weight, not the price. I stopped reading the sales tape after 2.22 and didn't see the 1.88/pound. They said it happens all the time.

        Egg on face, besides grapes.

Regardless, I shouldn't have been touched by the door greeter.

I don't want to cost anyone a job, but I don't want what happened to me to other people.

This grinds my gears, even if I typo it myself.

My Xbox 360 controllers had a bad habit of that. Usually the A button, followed by the thumbsticks. Thankfully the wired one I use for some PC games is fine.

What's with this apparent new trend in online videos where the video plays in a vertical rectangle flanked by 2 rectangles with blurred versions of the video playing? I find these annoying as the flanking blurred version distract me from the clear central video.

I always thought they did that for SD clips on HD screens, so a 4:3 video will "fit" the 16:9 screen and the blurred sides made the SD vid look better, but I didn't know they did that with online vids

Exactly. And people still have no idea how to turn their phone sideways to record a video.

                              We hate it at work.
