I barely get cell service. I have to go outside. I've looked into getting one of those. How does it work with gaming?

eBay fees typically come at the end of the month. They will probably come out of your paypal account if you haven't set up another method of payment.

It said listings were free. Are there other fees besides that?

Yeah, I think it's called the final value fee. It's based on how much your item sells for.

There's still a good chunk of people who use AOL. Once I heard that, anything was possible.

Another brain blower: some very important part of the Department of Defense, I believe in some area of nuclear, just switched over from floppy disks. That was frightening to read.

Yep! According to a US Government Accountability Office report released back in May, two of the most outrageous displays of obsolete technology in use by the US:

"The report says the Pentagon is planning to replace its floppy systems -- which currently coordinate intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs), nuclear bombers and tanker support aircraft -- by the end of 2017.

Other departments were also put on notice to update their systems. The U.S. Treasury for example, still depends on assembly language code "initially used in the 1950s."

Yep 10% for pretty anything people like us would sell, up to $750.

So 10% to eBay and then 2.9% + $0.30 to PayPal. And you pay that on any shipping the buyer pays as well. Whereas with Amazon, the fee might only apply to the purchase price, and the rates vary on what it is. Amazon is actually better in some ways, but it may not get seen as easily.

Going to somebody else's house and seeing an HDTV with "out-of-the-box" settings, or settings with improper aspect ratios (except for filling a 4:3 screen for plasma owners). Don't get me wrong, I don't know if I'd know any better had I not been one who peruses the Internet, but now that I do... I'm not even suggesting professional calibration, but sit down with that remote for just a second why don't ya! The OCD in me feels like tweaking it when they're not looking, just to help them out a little bit.

Are you telling that to yourself, or the person before you?
