I like American Pickers and Pawn Stars, but also agree that I'd like to see a return to the older style of programming on History.

I saw recently that CourtTV changed to TruTV and it's like they just gave up. Every night now they just have these absolutely abysmal "reality" shows about Repo guys and crap like that. Bottom of the barrel reality tv...

Yeah, I can't believe they actually have fake reality shows now. I forgot I even have TruTV on Dish. I saw that they'll have the "first 4" games of the NCAA Tourney and had to scour my guide to find it. Alas, it's not even an HD channel on Dish.

          New Rule:

When someone in the building has a newborn son/daughter or grandson/daughter, there shall be a viewing in a common public area to show it off. A half-hour of screaming baby in the office as the rounds are being made is rude as ****.

The way sports video games are headed. Having to buy stuff to compete online and online modes taking precedence over offline mode.

I'm an offline sports gamer and I am seeing a trend of abandoning much needed single player features and more time and resources devoted to the Play now experience online.

I guess its not so much the online gaming I'm fed up with as the cheesy gamers who want to win at all costs.

Management letting their employees run all over them.

Sales associate from the electrical department's birthday was today.

Yesterday, I worked 9a-6p in Kitchen & Bath and Plumbing. He's there at 1pm and scheduled 'til 9pm. Everything went fine for a few hours, the a while later when I'm trying to get my stuff taken care of, I find that he's went home "because his eye was hurting". There was nothing wrong with his eye, because according to Facebook he went out and had a few drinks last night and is celebrating his birthday some more tonight.

Thanks to him, I had to run my *** off between three departments, and negate anything I had planned to get done before I left work.

This is why only 2 people from work are on my friends list and I know I can trust them. Everyone else - it's none of their business what I do outside of work. Cutting out and creating work for someone else is a dick move, and it always comes back to the offender in the form of no one ever doing them favors.

Agree. Plus I don't want to hear all the women in the office talking "baby talk" to the kid at the top of their lungs for 30 minutes either. So distracting and annoying.

Agreed...to retaliate you should bring in a recording of a baby crying and play it loudly for 30 minutes. Then if somebody says something tell them it's a baby monitor and you want to hear you third cousin's uncle's niece's new-born daughter.

And that's the other part of it. They act like pre-teens that just saw a Jonas brother walk in. It's ridiculous. If you can't tell, this happened this morning while I was deeply involved in something complicated, lol.

When stores rearrange their aisles. It's like you finally remember where everything is so you don't even have to really think about lookinf for something and can just walk to its location and grab it. Then BOOM the store decides to rearrange their aisles so whatever you're looking for is in a new place and you have to spend time searching for it. And on a similar note, when companies change the packaging on a product so you spend minutes scouring the shelves for a familiar design/color only to finally find it in a newly designed or colored package.

Also, when I can't find the droids I'm looking for

Computer printers - those little bastards seem to have a mind of their own and occasionally become possessed by the devil for no apparent reason. Also its funny how you can often buy a whole printer with 2 small printer cartridges for less than the cost of 2 replacement cartridges.

You must be talking about my HP Laser Jet 1100 because I'm pretty sure it's possessed. Also, I once had an inkjet printer that for whatever reason would print the first 1 1/3 pages of my documents in blue before going to black.

It really grinds my gears when TV shows don't come on at their scheduled times and in turn screws up my DVR Recording. Now, I can understand went there's a live sports event which causes a delay of a regularly scheduled program. However, there's no excuse for AMC to let a movie run 30 minutes in a regularly scheduled program without the guide reflecting otherwise. No excuse.
