People that change solid, established plans. Please make sure you're actually free before you agree to hanging out. Nothing sucks more than getting all excited to get out of the house, and then the other party is suddenly busy.

The hot water in the showers in my new house really grinds my gears.

You turn it on and it takes ages to get hot. Once it does it gets crazy hot then when you try to turn up the cold it stays way too hot then all of a sudden after moving the cold only a fraction more it goes ice cold. I end up having to work the taps like a safe cracker working on the dial to get the temperature right. So annoying!
