Projects. More so girls within the project; you can't tell them anything. This girl in my group will not listen to anyone, even the "general manager" of our group. She thinks she knows it all, even though her ideas are stupid. I just sit back and have to laugh, it's ridiculous. On a side-note: she gave one of our group members a lower grade on our last project/presentation than everyone else because, "he wasn't contributing."

When it came to group projects, I always gave my parter(s) an A, just because I wanted to be nice. I gave them an A because I wanted an A. It also helped that they did at least something. I think it takes a pretty big *donkey* to give a person a low grade when working in a group project. They aren't the teacher. Who are they to judge?Projects. My brother and I can only go to one field now, because it is the largest one that is open to the public and it's still too small.
Not including the university and the high school fields, there are a total of 13 ball fields. Out of 13 fields, 8 (really 9) of them are too small for us. Of the 5 that are large enough, 4 of them are inaccessible, 3 of which used to be open too the public until last year. Oh, and one of these three has a pretty busy street and a movie theater parking lot beyond the fence. So we can't even hop the fence for that field.
The closest field that we have played on that is open to the public and fits us nicely is in McVeytown, PA, 858 miles away. It even comes with it's own L-screen and small backstop.Last edited by sydrogerdavid; 01-15-2012, 01:44 AM.Comment

They are the BEST to judge. It's a group project. You know who pulled their weight and who didn't. For our college senior design project me and this girl put together the entire fifty page proposal, as well as schematics, spec sheets, a cost analysis, order forms, etc. while we had four people assigned to CAD drawings and a scale model. After an entire semester they turned in an unpainted, roofless, balsa wood monstrosity. Sorry, I gave the two of us an A, and the rest of the team a D.I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be. - Douglas Adams
