I've washed my fair share of pens.

I'm constantly leaving them in my pockets.

      I washed an iPod once.

It still worked after it dried out.

      I was impressed.

My dad jumped in the pool with a phone in his pocket. I watched him put it in a bowl of rice for a few days and it still worked.

I know I dropped my Blackberry Pearl in the pool and it still worked underwater. The second I pulled it out, it quit working.

Yeah my step dad washed my old iPod once because I left it in my shorts on the bathroom floor, I had a migraine so I wasn't in a mood to put anything away properly.

Watching TV shows on the internet and having to wait for them to buffer every 2 seconds.

Seriously we were supposed to have these 12 years ago. Where are the flying cars? I'd even settle for the flying skateboards.

When none of my favorite teams go undefeated winning all games by 50 and wins the championship and is considered the best team of all time. So my gears are always in a state of grinded.

I've done this probably 4 times. I've never heard rice. Ive put mine in the freezer and in about 30 minutes, good as new.

Airlines jacking up the prices 100% on flights from PDX to San Antonio. Killed the idea of taking Dad to the Alamo Bowl. Seriously, I flew to China for less.

When I dvr a show and the tv listings are incorrect and it tapes something else.
For example, last night I set the dvr to record English Premier League - Newcastle vs Wigan. Instead rugby was on.

Rice or Silica Gel (the packets of powder you get in some boxes that say "do not eat" on them) are usually good ideas to help draw out the moisture...

Usually you put in a bag with rice or silica gel and hope.
