When good things come to an end.

I was getting my hair shampooed by the hairdresser (first time ever) it was the best thing ever. I almost fell into a deep depression when she stopped.

One of the best things about getting a haircut.

Random people trying to talk to me at the gym. The thought process must be something like Jim Gaffigan described so well: "he's sweating, he's breathing hard, he's got headphones on...seems like he wants to chat." No. I'm here to work.

Also, stop dropping dumbbells. ****in annoying.

They have to do it just right, when they gently massage your scalp under warm water it feels glorious. One time though I had a lady with long nails that just dug her nails in my scalp, and was pretty much scratching it. Was one of the worst experiences I ever had.

Agreed with dropping the Dumbbells, That just seems kind of weak to me. I mean you were just pumping out curls, or presses whatever and it's too much weight for you to just carefully bring it down and put it on the rack or floor? Instead you have to let it fly out of your hand like a little kid who just picked up a big weight? It could also bounce the wrong way and hurt your foot...

This was my favorite part of having dreads. Especially when my lady that twisted them would have her daughter wash my hair. Nothing better than getting a scalp massage with boobs rubbing on your head.

Even worse when they do it, then puff their chest out and huff and puff over it like they just slayed some mammoth beast. I see it the worst when people do deadlifts. The last rep they don't bother going back and down and just drop it.

No doubt...I used to go to a barber type guy, but now I usually go to one of those places that cater to men. They do a great job, and usually wash my hair twice (2nd time after cut to get all the tiny hairs out)...

It's rare that I drop anything. I've been on a flat bench with 70 lb dumbells and my arms give out and I just sort of let them back and drop the weight from a few inches off the ground, but that's to prevent me from pulling something in my arm.. I hope that's not what you guys are referring to.

I don't really like to talk in the gym. I'll do some small talk if someone says hey to me, but that's about it.

I went to one of those in college. She was sixty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Stroking my hair with her fingers as she washed. She also massaged me with some kind of pleasure device.

                      I was mortified.

Those kids (mainly high schoolers at the Powerhouse I go to) with Number 2 pencils hanging from their shoulders + a bird chest, wearing a beater around the gym.

All while sitting on equipment just hangin' out, STARING at people that are actually training.

                        Stop it.

Nah. I'm talking about the people that are pretty much midway through a rep, decide they're finished and just drop the Weights 5 feet from the ground, or just angrily chuck the weights like they're some kind of boss. Making a huge noise.

They don't even do the Full negative part of the repetition.

You know what's some bull****?! A turn signal given within 6 feet of the intended turn. Why even use it? You're already turning...

My fiance is Asian. She doesn't know a turn signal exists 50% of the time. She's gotten better for the most part, maybe because I constantly call her out on it and tell her she needs to fight her nature.
