I hate youtube accounts that put up misleading titles

For example...I'm looking for some new music and see "The Weeknd - Ecstasy". I instantly think "AWESOME!!! New Weeknd song!!!"

Click on it and it's some lame *** beat from a loser

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?

Searching for music on Youtube is a pain in the butt nowadays. Because if you don't come across 30 cover songs, you come across several videos that isn't even related to the song but has the song title in the name. It is even worse searching for songs on Youtube via your phone.

I swear when I search on my phone, I get nothing but cover songs results. That grinds my gears.

My workplace has the same problem. People that call out, whenever they just feel like taking a day off, and people that leave early if they even get a hint of a chipped fingernail or something. The only times I've ever called out were when I was actually sick, and once during a snowstorm where there was no way I'd make it.

Just puts more pressure on the people that show up with good attendance, and try to to their jobs to the best of their ability. The offenders don't really get fired either, because we're already short staffed as is. :

                Nah that's a legitimate reason.

Kids on my Facebook feed that say anything about having, robbing, earning, or especially spending "stacks"

Like really? You're 16 talking about stacks though? Your parents are either rich or you're gassed up after spending more than 100 dollars on some garbage. No!

Heard that. If I'm sick, I don't go to work. I've never had to leave because I was sick... That's just BS.

Similar to this, getting "punished" because you're better at your job then others. So I'm always the late man because I can do more (and better, and faster) then everyone else. I know it's more hours but sometimes I wanna be first out too.

Better for people to leave if they're sick. If they're actually sick and get the entire place sick, that's more destructive and way more ****ing annoying.

People who go out in public while sick infuriate me. School, work, malls, movies, anything.
