This is the beauty of Subway.

I go there when available because the never assume I want mayonnaise on my sandwich. Bless their hearts.

Unfortunately, even glorious mayonnaise can't turn Subway into a good sandwich.

Subway is a joke of a sandwich spot. Bodegas or starve!

**** like this happens to me more often than it should, where I'm just completely unaware of how to do something and end up looking dumb. That grinds my gears.

Oh, I know. I'm all about bodegas too and I'm sure mayonnaise for those that like that disgusting crap doesn't make a Subway sandwich any better.

I just like knowing that they are very serious about what I want on my sandwich rather than assuming what I want.

What grinds my gears is when you order something and the guy goes out back to make it, or is standing somewhere that makes it impossible to see what they are doing.

I usually feel like Will Ferrel in Wedding Crashers.

There's a drive-thru Subway about 15 minutes from my office. I thought the whole point of Subway is to see them make the sandwich right in front of them? At the drive-thru they could be squeezing an entire bottle of mayo on for all you know.

                        I live in rural Wisconsin.

It's either Subway or you don't get a sub that day. Unless I'm at college, then there's a Jimmy John's and a Quiznos near.

That said, I don't think they're that bad.

You live in New London I thought? Anyways, I guess that's rural to most people on here.

Jimmy John's is the best sub place, regardless.

I live near New London. Like 10 minutes out of it in the middle of nowhere.

And all they have is a Subway.

I go to college in the Appleton/Menasha area, where there's a JJ's and assorted other sub chains near.

Thank god I live where there are Deli's on every corner. I could not deal having to use Subway or Quiznos for a sandwich.

Being blamed for the the factory messing up an order for a cooling coil just because I typed up the PO. Yup, I'm apparently the reason the factory is late.
