Another Court Case that I don't understand

    http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/law/10/12....ap/index.html

    Story Highlights:
    # Seven guards and a nurse were accused of manslaughter
    # Martin Lee Anderson collapsed and died at boot camp for young offenders
    # Prosecutors said guards, nurse caused boy's death
    # Defense says boy had an undiagnosed medical condition

I don't understand how they get off scott free.
I know some of these kids have to have some forced used on them, but 7 people on one kid.... eeeh... excessive!

I'm not amazed at anything anymore regarding the judicial system. I guess the moral is, if you want to be found not guilty of doing something just make sure that there's a videotape of you doing it. The endless police cases show that you can pretty much do whatever you want, even if you're shown doing it.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

      The video
On January 5, 2006, within the first two hours of Anderson's first day at the camp, camp officials following state guidelines, forced him to continue exercising after he stopped exercising stating " this is bull****!" Drill instructors grabbed Anderson and applied numerous uses of force, including holding Anderson by the arms, take-downs, pressure point applications, and covering his mouth while forcing him to inhale ammonia.Anderson became unresponsive during this episode, and eventually died the next day in Pensacola, Florida after his parents elected to remove him from life support

Look to the right of the title of the article.

On another note, Rich Boy talked about this in a song.

I heard about this story sometime back. I think on 20/20 or something like that. I can't believe the guards and nurse got off. The judicial system down there is just BIZARRE!
