Yea Ill check at lunch, I mean it cant hurt, Progressive will come to my work and look at it, if they say they wont cover it then I guess Ill pay.

I just dont want my insurance rate to go up. I understand if they say, ok it was from a deer and its a comp claim, my insurance rate wont go up, but I have no evidence that it was a deer I hit then for them to cover it my insurance rate will go up.

Insurance follows the car, not the driver, your g/f would be covered.

Can you tell I was an insurance claims rep?

Before you call, go find a deer, get some fur and put it on the car

You got rear-ended by a deer?!

Yea that is what I was going to do, take some from a deer head on the wall and put in around the damaged area.

Anyways, I called after lunch and Progressive said they will be sending someone out to look at it and that it will not make my insurance rate go up, however when I am up for renewal it may prevent them from lowering my rate, which I am fine with. So I will update yall after the Progressive person takes a look at it.

EDIT: and they did say that if someone else was driving they wouldnt cover the claim, which is stupid in my opinion.
