Yeah that's the problem. During football season I didn't wear my glasses and it was very hard with my poor vision, especially at my position (Cornerback). I learned just to basically react to the receiver and not the ball (I was a lot better in man than zone, lol) Basketball season just started, and seeing as how I'm going to play significant minutes this year, I decided I better get contacts. I can get the right eye in usually in 3 or 4 tries, but the left one I can never get in. It takes me forever, and I usually just give up and throw on my glasses as I'm running late already. It's frusterating as hell.

Re: Contact Lenses
I've been wearing them for 15 years and love them. It takes me about 10 seconds max to put them both in. As with anything else in life...the more you do it the better you get. You'll find your own method and in no time you'll be an expert.- The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good.Comment

Re: Contact Lenses
best tip is to make sure your finger is dry before you place your contact on your finger. If your finger is wet, it will be harder to get in.My Fan Page http://theusualgamer.net/MyFanPage_Heelfan71.aspx

Re: Contact Lenses
It just takes awhile to get used to it, after awhile it will be no problem. I put a small drop of solution on the contact which gives it some suction. All I can suggest is make sure the contact looks like a bowl on your finger. If you have it set correctly but your eye is going nuts when you put your contact in then just give it time.I've recently started wearing contacts and I love them, but I'm really having trouble putting them in. Taking them out isn't a problem for me, but it takes me forever to get them in and most of the time I'll just say **** it and wear my glasses, but I hate wearing glasses for basketball. Any tips?Comment

Re: Contact Lenses
As far as I know contacts is something u need to get used to. Personally I have glasses, I've never worn contacts and don't plan to - it doesn't seem right to me to put something in my eyes. I've been wearing glasses for more than 10 years now and don't think it's gonna change. My Specs:
